Welcome to our farm! Skjønsbergdalen Farm is located in rural Coon Valley, Wisconsin. We raise and sell white and colored Angora goats. We also offer mohair for sale. We are CAGBA (Colored Angora Goat Breeders Association) members. We do not raise or sell goats for meat.
Perhaps you're looking for livestock to raise, but you, like us, do not want to raise cattle. Angora goats are a wonderful option for you. Angora goats are easy to handle, have wonderful, sweet personalities, and can be very tame.
We feel that our goats are extra special because of the care they receive and the environment they are raised in. Skjønsbergdalen Farm is situated in a gorgeous valley in southwestern Wisconsin. The farm was established in the 1860's by Norwegian immigrants.
They settled in this valley largely because it reminded them of their homeland. These immigrants dubbed the valley "Skjønsbergdalen," which means "Pretty Rock Valley." They raised crops and cattle. Little did they know that someday this farm would support Angora goats and even llamas!
